The Bamboo Benefits

Superior Fabric

Bamboo fibre has both high air permeability and water absorption properties, making it a natural body temperature regulator. The fabric is quick to absorb sweat and moisture, keeping the skin dry and odour free.

Bamboo fabric is also incredibly soft and stretchy, with its feel being compared to that of silk. It is much lighter than traditional cotton material, and has low piling and creasing.

Safer Choice

Bamboo fibres are able to absorb dyes much quicker and more effectively than cotton, and therefore do not need to be treated with harmful caustic soda.

Bamboo is grown without the use of pesticides or chemicals, making it hypoallergenic and a great choice for sensitive skin. It is also naturally antibacterial, which can help protect against bacteria and illnesses.

Sustainably Sourced

Bamboo has a high growing rate and can be grown in many diverse climates. As already stated, it is grown without chemicals or pesticides, and can be harvested without the use of chemicals.

Bamboo plants help prevent soil erosion, the fabric is biodegradable, and a grove of bamboo releases 35% more oxygen than an equivalent group of trees!

And did you know...

Bamboo clothing dries twice as fast as cotton!
